Dogwood State Bank’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The safety and wellbeing of our Dogwood family, clients and communities is a top priority. In response to this serious and rapidly evolving situation, we have implemented several precautionary measures to help us closely monitor the situation and take further actions, as needed. While far from a complete list, these measures include:

  • Setting expectations that employees will follow the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) prevention tips.
  • Restricting corporate air travel, cancelling large group meetings.
  • Delivering additional supplies to our locations.
  • Implementing self-isolation procedures for any teammates who believe they have been potentially exposed to COVID-19 (including having traveled to one of the CDC's high-risk countries, or having been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive).

We are closely monitoring and following the CDC's guidelines and recommendations. We also have a number of leaders in communication with other institutions, the FDIC and NC Banking Commission so that we benefit from the latest information and ideas about how to protect our clients and our communities.

Our digital banking tools are designed to facilitate a smooth, personalized banking experience at your convenience.  We encourage all of our customers to leverage these tools to conduct your banking needs:

For customers needing to access cash, Dogwood customers may use any ATM regardless of the institution.  Foreign ATM fees incurred will be refunded up to $20.00 per month.
